Scott Carney - What doesn't kill us.
I imagine Scott Carney was referring to healthy physical and mental stimuli as there is no end to stimulation in our lives from phones, tv and emails. Humans are constantly searching for something more, the challenge is wether we are on the right quest or merely collecting cheap dopamine hits.
What are you doing that makes your immediate environment better?
It could be:
- Going for a walk so you are not quite so grumpy to those around you.
- Checking in on a friend.
- Listening without judgement.
