LIFE right now is throwing challenge after challenge at us all, COVID, social isolation, economic worry, waistline relaxing or [fill in the blank]. When it seems LIFE is done it gets creative and finds a novel way to spice things up from second waves/ripples, loss and further hardships - but... we do not need to let LIFE happen to us, we are more powerful and capable of accepting each challenge than we may believe.
Dr Sadie posed me the question "if you only had 10 minutes, what message would I try and get across to people that would make the biggest impact on their health"...What a question... This was my answer.

A conversation with Michele of Our Conscious Kitchen HK, on facebook and instagram under the same name. This was a great conversation. One important topic that came up was the rephrasing how we look at particular lifestyles and the label of plant based before vegetarian or vegan.
Stress is a necessary part of our life, without it we can not grow, without it we can not change, but paradoxically too much an we risk harm. See it like FOOD, we need it but too much of anything can be unhealthy and FOOD comes in many varieties from better to worse.
