It’s not food.

Processed foods such as string cheese, milk beverages and sweetened yoghurt are not foods - restrict or eliminate.

Helpful tips to see if you are eating food or a processed chemical.

look at the food label and:

  1. If there are more than 10 ingredients - leave it alone.
  2. If you can't read an ingredient - leave it alone. 
  3. If you would not feed it to your pets/children - leave it alone.
