How often do you think about how you think?

Ever check whether what you think is accurate? - metacognitive knowledge.

Or your thoughts are a true representation of reality? - metacognitive insight.

As we become aware of our awareness, think more about our thinking, it becomes easier to take a step back from vicious thought loops and unhelpful patterns - life is subjective.

Discard what's not working - or are you clinging onto those thoughts as it's scary to think what else is there?
