What Will It Take?
What do you need to change the way you think, act or feel about [Fill in blank]?
Change comes based on three things.
1. How much are you willing to suffer before you say that's enough (or how big must the reward be).
2. How much are you willing to commit to change?
3. How psychologically minded (aware) are you - do you know what works?
The last part may swallow the previous two- how can you tell if you are suffering or how much you can commit if you are not aware.
We hate to think we may not have things under control.
We need to be vulnerable to say ‘I don’t have this’, or ‘can I talk something through with you’ or ‘can you hear me’.
Vulnerability is strength.
